Our Tactical Rack is one of the most unique and fascinating pieces in our entire collection, and with good reason! The Rustic Tactical Rack is hand-crafted from carefully selected pieces of white pine - our tree of choice! The strength and size of white pine is so renowned, it was called the 'King's Choice' in wood and is said to have been a bigger factor in the start of the Revolutionary War than tea and taxes! Once the wood passes our careful selection process, each piece is then masterfully crafted by hand, using razor-sharp precision to ensure the secret compartment that stores your firearms is invisible to the naked eye. We finish this by hand-distressing each piece with a chisel, so that every Tactical Rack has its own unique appeal and no two are ever the same. The end result is a perfect blend of rustic elegance, with the magical feature of concealing your home defense weapons in plain sight.
The Tactical Rack measures in at 33" X 15" x 5 3/4" and is handmade (no CNC machine) from real American white pine… the same type of timber that’s used to build high-end rustic furniture.
After the logs are dried and milled into lumber, one of our master cabinet builders will hand select each board that will be used for your Tactical Rack. Only the best boards with the most grain character are selected. The rest end up in the fire pit.
Next, each piece will be cut to the precise tolerances by hand, so the secret compartment is invisible to the eye.
The Rack is then lightly distressed the old-fashioned way with a chisel by one of our master carpenters, giving it a one-of-a-kind reclaimed wood look that no machine can replicate.
Finally, the unit is sanded and stained by hand, carefully making sure the natural beauty of the grain shows without being blotchy. This gives it a rustic feel but with high-end looks.
It’s truly an art form, which is why you will never see a product of this quality sold in Wal-Mart or Target.
Best of all, it’s functional… no one will ever suspect you have your guns hidden inside.

The Tactical Rack comes with a customizable foam pad that is to be trimmed to fit your weapon securely.
Simply place your gear on top of the foam, however you want to display it. With a handheld razor, cut around your weapon, your optics and your magazines, whatever - and peel away the excess foam.
The premium edition Tactical Rack comes equipped with a super cool LED lighting kit. When the trap door is opened, the motion-activated LED kit will automatically light up the entire interior. When you shut the trap door it turns off automatically, without you having to do anything. The LEDs are battery powered, so you don’t have to run wires or plug it into an outlet. Just insert the batteries and you’re good to go.
The Tactical Rack is designed to work easily with standard 2x4 construction... so it can be safely and securely mounted on any wall in any home or apartment. You don’t have to do any custom work to the wall... no additional supports and there’s no sheetrock cutting or anything like that.
Just open up the box and using our easy installation instructions and/or install videos, just mount it to your wall. It will take maybe 10-minutes or so to install it. In fact, the hardest thing you may experience while installing a Tactical Rack is deciding what wall to put it on! That’s why many of our customers buy at least 2 or 3 at one time.
